All orders are shipped within 3 business days of ordering. Orders placed during non-business days or holidays, will be shipped within following three business days. Items that are damaged during shipping may be returned for a replacement or refund. We ship USPS First Class and Priority Mail within the USA. All items are shipped based upon calculated weight of the package.

-Patterns and digital downloads are not returnable due to the nature of copyright infringement laws. Physical items like purse hardware, kit components, zippers or other items that may have been damaged during shipping or do not satisfactorily meet your needs can be returned. Refunds will be processed after items have been returned. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
